Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars.

Let's bake, shall we? I feel as though it's been awhile.

Last week my co-worker mentioned pumpkin cheesecake and I instantly had a craving. I've made these bars twice now and undoubtedly the best part is the pecan crust, which keeps them from being just a little too sweet. I know we're all going to be pumpkin-ed out this week but just give them a try...truly delicious.
